All orders must be fully paid at checkout. Orders with a balance due will be automatically canceled for non-payment after 72 hours.
If you are picking up your order at Mox Boarding House (Seattle/Ballard location,) in-store orders may be held for up to 14 days of order creation before they are automatically canceled.
If you ordered during pre-sale, orders will be held beginning on the release date. You will have 14 days after the release date to pick up any in-store pickup orders.
