Packages are usually checked in within 24 hours of arriving at our facility, although at times, this may take up to 48 hours depending on the volume of incoming mail.
Once our receiving team opens your package they will mark it "Received", your order status will update and an automated email is generated to alert you we have received your package. lf your tracking shows the package was delivered, but it hasn’t been marked "Received", your order is most likely still being processed. Once your package is received and checked in, your order status will change to "Received, Verifying Contents" while your order waits in the queue to be graded.
Our typical grading turnaround time is about 1-3 days from the date your cards are checked in. This may take as long as 5 days depending on how many purchase orders we receive. If you have a specific question about your package please feel free to email us here!
If your package was somehow damaged in transit, you will receive an email from our customer support team asking if you would like us to proceed with grading or return your order.
