Once your order has been checked into our grading queue, it usually takes 2-5 business days for your order to be finalized and payment to be issued. Once a payment has been issued we are unable to reverse it and re-issue via a different payment method. Please see the details below for estimated timeframes based on each payment option.
PayPal and Store Credit payments are issued within 24 hours of the order being graded and finalized.
Check payments are issued and mailed from our bank in Arizona on the next business day after your order is finalized. These are sent by USPS Ground Advantage and generally take 1-5 days to arrive (but may take up to 14 days). At this time, we do not have tracking information available for checks because they are sent from our bank, rather than our facilities. If you have not received your check after 14 days, please reach out to our Customer Support team and let them know so they can assist with reissuing payment.
