Including your order number in the package makes it much easier to find your order and get it marked as received, but we will do our best to find your information even if the order number is not included in the package. We will try to match your package to your order using the return address listed on the package, so verify the address and/or name(s) on your Card Kingdom account match your current address information. Without an order number listed, there may be a delay in processing, but we will do our best to connect your account and order!
Please note, it is extremely difficult to determine which cards go with which orders if multiple orders are sent unmarked in one box. If you must include multiple orders in one package, be sure to clearly label and separate each order.
