Tracking links will activate when the post office scans them at the first stop. After you receive your shipping confirmation email, tracking links take up to 24 hours to activate for most services, and up to five business days for Mail Innovations or USPS International First Class.
In rare cases, orders shipped less than 24 hours ago might have tracking numbers showing as delivered, because many shipping companies recycle tracking numbers and it may not have updated yet.
