Order Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. If order processing times are extended, we will place a pop-up notice on our site during checkout. While rare, in the case of an inventory error, the processing time may be extended. You will be notified via email as soon as we are aware of any delays.
Express orders placed on weekdays before noon Pacific Time are usually shipped same-day.
Signature Confirmation
For security purposes, all orders over $1,000 will ship with Signature Confirmation service and must be signed for upon delivery. You can waive the signature confirmation service by adding a note in the comments section of your order (step four).
If the Signature Confirmation requirement is waived at the time of checkout, we will be unable to accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Insurance
For additional protection, all Domestic orders over $2,500 will ship with limited Insurance.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping at no additional cost to you. All Domestic shipping options feature tracking.
Please note that because they're handled differently by the United States Post Office, APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses may not have all shipping options available. If shipping to an APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any US Territories please view rates for your location here instead.
