Card Kingdom is unable to pay for cards we do not receive, even if they appear on the invoice. If a card is not included in your purchase order shipment for any reason, we cannot offer cash or store credit for the card. 


If your package looks like it’s been damaged or tampered with in transit, our Customer Support team will reach out to let you decide if you would like to go forward with grading the order or receive the cards back, so you can contact your shipping company and file a claim for the missing or damaged items.


If you see that cards you sent in are not listed as purchased, it’s possible that the cards were graded as BG (Below Good) and are being returned to you. Check the order notes via your account to see a list of cards being returned, along with tracking information for the returned cards.
