You absolutely can drop off your order at one of our storefront locations!

Our brick and mortar stores are set up to receive and check-in orders. Orders must be shipped or dropped off at one of our brick and mortar locations within 7 days of order creation. When you drop the order off with our retail team, you will be given a receipt stating we have accepted the cards. Cards dropped off at Mox locations other than Seattle may take an extra week before they reach our grading team and begin the grading process. Orders dropped off at our Seattle location will be checked-in and transferred to our Grading team the same day.

Once orders have been marked as received and handed over to our grading team, there is usually a 48-hour turnaround time for orders to be processed and updated, however, this may take up to 5 days. The order status can be viewed on your Purchase Order History page, which can be accessed through your Card Kingdom account on our website.
