Yes, you absolutely can drop off your order at one of our Mox Boarding House locations!
Our brick-and-mortar stores are set up to receive and check-in orders. Orders must be shipped or dropped off at one of our brick-and-mortar locations within seven (7) days of order creation. Orders are not assessed upon drop off and are accepted and shipped in the condition they are dropped off. Please ensure that orders are dropped off in packaging or containers as if it were being mailed directly to our facility in Monroe. Card Kingdom and Mox Boarding House are not responsible for items damaged in transit or items that do not meet our grading requirements for items being sold to us. When you drop the order off with our Retail team, you will be given a receipt stating we have accepted the cards. Cards dropped off at Mox locations may take an extra week before they reach our Grading team and begin the grading process.
Please note, orders that are dropped off after seven (7) days of order creation may be declined at the register or shipped back to the address listed on the order.
Important Note:
We cannot accept drop-offs of any kind at our Monroe warehouse facility, it is not open to the public.
Please mail in your sell order, or use one of the Mox Boarding House locations for in-person drop-off services. Any attempts to drop off in person at our Monroe facility will not be accepted.
