Card Kingdom makes every attempt to purchase your order. Cards might be returned if they fall below our acceptable grading standards or if we are unable to efficiently process your order. This typically happens when an order does not meet the requirements listed in our selling instructions. Some examples include incorrect quantities sent, incorrect editions, cards that arrive out of order and do not match the invoice, cards we are unable to authenticate, or cards that arrive in sleeves, including toploaders. In some extreme cases, Card Kingdom will return your cards if the package arrives damaged or arrives with a strong odor from items such as cigarette smoke.

In the event we are unable to purchase an entire order, Card Kingdom will return the cards we cannot purchase.* Upon processing your return, Card Kingdom will add the tracking number to your order notes. These can be viewed by logging into your account and going to My Account>Selling History>Order Number. If cards are sent in excess of what is listed on our buylist, or if an incorrect edition or variant was declared, Card Kingdom retains the right to purchase those cards at current buylist prices, or to return the cards, at our sole discretion.

If items are returned back to us here at Card Kingdom, we will keep unclaimed cards/items for 60 days and attempt to contact the owner at least three times before disposing of the items or absorbing these into our inventory. Unclaimed items might include Below Good cards or damaged items that we were unable to purchase or return.
