Card Kingdom does not return any material or containers used to transport or store your purchase order. At this time, we cannot make special arrangements for items to be returned, due to the nature of how packages are processed at our facilities.
This also applies to orders dropped off at one of our brick and mortar store locations; we are unable to return any container or material once the order is handed over and submitted for processing. However, if you'd like us to find a different container for your cards, please speak to a retail associate when dropping off your order and we are happy to help. Once your order begins processing through our facilities, we will not be able to accommodate requests for the return of any materials submitted with the order.
