Beginning July 9th, 2023 USPS changed their First Class shipping option to Ground Advantage. This service is available Domestically to all 50 states, as well as APOs, FPOs, DPOs, territories, possessions, and freely associated states. The average shipping time is 2-5 days, similar to First Class, and does not include processing time on Card Kingdom's end to prepare a shipment. Some locations such as US Military bases or US Territories will have a greater than average shipping time. As we work to catch up with USPS on this change, you will continue to see this service listed as USPS First Class, while the shipping label on packages will say Ground Advantage.
Our shipping rates are not changing with this update at this time and we will continue to offer the same options and rates we had previously with USPS First Class.
Tracking information is still accessible through your Card Kingdom account, order summary, or through the automated emails sent with shipment. All links and tracking numbers provided should continue to work, however, please contact our Customer Support team if you're experiencing any trouble.
Please note, if you selected a check payment on an incoming buylist order, those will still be shipped via USPS Unsorted First Class mail and will be unaffected by this change.
