Yes, you can! This is a new service we are excited to offer. Beginning March 18, 2024, we will change our In-Store Pickup option to Ship To Store services.
Just place an order on our website, cardkingdom.com, and select "change" under the “Shipping Address” button, then select the “Store Pickup” tab. You can choose your preferred Mox Boarding House location and set this order to ship to Mox. Be sure to declare the name of the person who will pick up the order, if not yourself. Once the shipment arrives, a Mox employee will mark the order as "Ready for Pickup," and you will receive an email alerting you that the order is available. Please bring a valid ID when picking up the order, it will be verified at pick up.
Seattle and Bellevue
Card Kingdom will ship batches of orders to Mox Boarding House - Seattle and Bellevue once daily, at 3 PM PT. Orders placed before 3 PM PT will arrive at Mox within two days, orders placed after that will arrive within three days.
Portland
Card Kingdom will ship batches of orders to Mox Boarding House - Portland once daily, at 3 PM PT. Orders placed before 3 PM PT will arrive at Mox within three days, orders placed after that will arrive within four days.
Chandler
Card Kingdom will ship batches of orders to Mox Boarding House - Chandler once daily, at 3 PM PT. Orders placed before 3 PM PT will arrive at Mox within five days, orders placed after that will arrive within six days.
Please note, if your order contains any prerelease items, it will ship after release. We are also currently unable to ship sealed products or accessories to Mox - Portland and Chandler. Once the order is marked as Ready for Pickup, you will have 14 calendar days to claim the order. After that, the order will be returned to Card Kingdom.
