Update 6/16/2025
As of June 16th 2025, Card Kingdom has received notice that DHL Express is no longer accepting shipments destined to or dispatched from Canada as of Wednesday, June 18 until further notice. Card Kingdom has suspended DHL Express as shipping option to Canada addresses until we receive notice that operations have resumed.
5/23/25: We are closely following the Canada Post situation. With a strike on hold, for now, we will resume Asendia and USPS shipping options. Please note these options and use Canada Post for last-mile delivery. If you feel uncertain about potential delivery disruptions with Canada Post impacting your order, we recommend selecting another shipping option.
5/19/25:
As of May 19th, 2025, notice of a strike has been sent to Canada Post, and Card Kingdom has temporarily suspended all shipping options that would route through Canada Post to prevent shipping delays and risk of lost packages. Any future orders will need to use DHL, UPS, or FedEx until Canada Post operations resume.
Additionally, all orders being sold to Card Kingdom with check selected as the payment option may result in a delayed arrival time. Wells Fargo will use USPS First Class or First Class International as a shipping option which will be impacted by the Canada Post strike. Paypal and store credit payment options are not impacted by these risks.
USPS and Asendia services will be reinstated if an agreement is reached and a strike is averted, or when postal services resume normally after the strike has ended.
