If your order shipped via USPS between May 15 at 2 pm PT and May 20 at 10 am PT, you may notice that your tracking information doesn't look right. Due to an issue with our shipping provider, some USPS tracking numbers were incorrectly assigned to orders during that window. Your tracking may show as already delivered, heading to the wrong location, or a similarly confusing status. Please don't worry if that's the case. This issue only affects tracking information, not the movement of your package. Your order is on its way and should arrive within the expected timeframe.

The issue was fixed on May 20 at 10 am PT. However, there is no retroactive fix for orders already affected, and we don't have visibility into the status of those shipments. As updates become available, we’ll share them here.

We know it's frustrating not to have reliable tracking, and we regret the inconvenience.

If your order has not arrived by June 15, please contact our customer support team here with your order number, and we'll be happy to help.
