• Queue - order is on the shipping floor - this is the final step before order completion.
  • Completed - order has been shipped.
  • Canceled - order has been canceled due to customer request, non-payment, or failure to address verification emails.
  • Processing - order is ready to be or has been directed to our Fulfillment team for packing and shipping. In some cases, the order may be awaiting payment verification - if this is the case, you will receive a popup notice at checkout informing you of an issue with payment. 
  • Presale - order contains preordered product or singles and cannot ship until release day.
