If you have a Card Kingdom account, you can now cancel your order from your order history page or your order confirmation page! Card Kingdom orders can only be self-canceled before they are packed and shipped. 

Once your order status says “Queue”, you will not be able to cancel your own order. If you need to make changes or cancel an order once the shipping status has changed to "Queue" or "Pending" please contact Customer Support by emailing us at support@cardkingdom.com and we will do our best to help! 


If we are unable to fulfill your request before your order ships, we are happy to initiate a return for any unwanted item(s) if we are contacted within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Please be sure to include your 8-digit order number with your email.
