In most cases, we are not able to modify orders once they have been placed. If you would like to modify your order, you can reach out to our customer support team here to see if they can help. Otherwise, if you have a Card Kingdom account, you can now cancel your order from your order history page or your order confirmation page.
Card Kingdom orders can only be self-canceled before they are printed, packed or shipped. You may cancel your order while the status is one of the following: “Ready,” "Pending - Ships XXXX-XX-XX," or "Pending - Verify". Once your order status says “Queue”, you will not be able to cancel your own order. If we are unable to fulfill your request before your order ships, we are happy to initiate a return for any unwanted item(s) if we are contacted within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Please be sure to include your 8-digit order number with your email.
