It's our policy to allow a certain amount of time (based on destination) for shipment before declaring a package as lost or stolen in the mail. Most orders that seem to be missing are actually delayed, and are eventually delivered within these time frames. Please open a ticket if the package hasn't arrived within the following time frames, depending on your shipment type, and we'll proceed from there.


  • Domestic shipments - 14 days after the ship date
  • International shipments to Mexico and Canada - 30 days after the ship date
  • International shipments elsewhere, except for Brazil and South Africa - 45 days after the ship date
  • International shipments to Brazil and South Africa - 60 days after the ship date
