Order Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. While rare, the processing time may be extended. You will be notified via a popup in our checkout process, at the time of placing an order, if our processing window is extended beyond 72 hours.

UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Express International, and DHL Express Worldwide orders placed before noon Pacific Time are usually shipped within 48 hours. 

Customs Taxes and Fees

All international shipments will be declared at full value (USD) and may be subject to local duties and taxes. Please check with your country's customs office for more information regarding possible duties and fees or shipping requirements. More information can be found here.

Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred. Please note, if you refuse a shipment due to fees and it is returned to us, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your order's refund.

International Postal Tracking

All orders shipped internationally will have delivery confirmation.  The detailed level of tracking available may depend on the destination and the level of service selected. Please see your country's shipping details page (listed below) for information on which options are available at this time. Tracking information on packages shipped via Asendia may not update for up to ten days while the package is in transit to the nearest international distribution center.

United States Territories and APO, FPO, and DPO locations are considered Domestic shipping including Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), and American Samoa.
