International Customs Taxes or Import Fees 

 

All international shipments will be declared at full value (USD) including the cost of shipping. Card Kingdom will only charge for VAT or GST, and orders may be subject to local duties and taxes. Please check with your country's customs office for more information regarding any possible duties and fees.  

 

Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred due to customs. Card Kingdom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. 


Please note: If you refuse a package, we recommend verifying with the carrier if it will be returned to sender. In some cases, carriers will not facilitate a return. If you refuse a shipment due to fees and it is returned to us, the return shipping cost and a 3% surcharge for associated fees will be deducted from your order's refund. 

 

United States Sales Tax  

 

Orders shipped within the United States will be charged the applicable state sales tax based on the shipping address. Tax is applied to the entire order including the cost of shipping. 

 

International Regions 

 

Orders shipping to Great Britain, New Zealand, Australia, the EU, Singapore and Norway will be charged the applicable tax at checkout (GST or VAT). Card Kingdom has registered with the local governments and is authorized to collect such taxes at the point of sale.  

 

Currently, taxes as collected as follows:

 

Great Britain 

20% VAT on orders up to 135GBP, then VAT collected on delivery 

New Zealand 

15% GST 

Australia 

10% GST on orders up to 1000 AUS, then GST is collected on delivery 

European Union (EU) 

25% VAT on orders up to 150 EUR, then VAT is collected on delivery 

Singapore 

9% GST on items under 400 SGD, then GST is collected on delivery 

Norway

25% VAT

Canada - Manitoba 
(Starting April 2nd 2026)

7% RST (Regional Sales Tax)

Canada - Saskatchewan 
(Starting April 2nd 2026) 

6% PST (Provincial Sales Tax)
