Customers can pick up Card Kingdom orders directly from any Mox Boarding House location, via our Ship to Store program.

Place an order on our website, cardkingdom.com, and select "Change" under the “Shipping Address” button, then select the “Store Pickup” tab. You can then choose your preferred Mox Boarding House location and set this order to ship to Mox. Be sure to declare the name of the person who will pick up the order, if not yourself. Once the shipment arrives, a Mox employee will mark the order as "Ready for Pickup," and you will receive an email alerting you that the order is available. Please bring a valid ID when picking up the order, it will be verified at pick up. 


productsPlease note, if your order contains any prerelease items, it will ship after release. We are also currently unable to ship sealed products or accessories to Mox - Portland and Chandler.  Once the order is marked as Ready for Pickup, you will have 14 calendar days to claim the order. After that, the order will be returned to Card Kingdom. 


Orders are available for pickup from: 


Monday - Thursday: 11 AM to 10 PM 

Friday: 11 AM to 11 PM

Saturday: 10 AM to 11 PM

Sunday: 10 AM to 10 PM


at all Mox Boarding House locations.  (No shipping or handling charges apply, but Washington state sales tax will be included on the order.) 

 

Check-in at our register in Mox once you arrive to retrieve your order. Orders are subject to identity and payment verification, so bring your photo ID and the credit card used for payment. If someone else will pick up your order, please fill out their name in the fields provided during checkout. (They will need to bring their photo ID.)
