Update: As of November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. PT, Card Kingdom has resumed accepting new sell orders from China and Hong Kong.
Please ship all orders to us DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) using your preferred carrier. Not shipping DDP will result in the removal of seller privileges.
Order Value Declaration: When shipping DDP, you are responsible for import fees. Please declare the value of your package based on the estimated value of your sell order.
All sell orders must be shipped to our Monroe, WA warehouse. For the address and other tips on shipping to us, please refer to this article.
As of April 10th, 2025, 1:00 PM GMT, we can no longer accept new sell orders from China and Hong Kong.
If your sell order is in transit to our facility before April 10th, 2025, 1:00 PM GMT, the order will be accepted and processed.
If you placed a sell order after April 10th, 2025, 1:00 PM GMT, it will be canceled in our system. Packages from China or Hong Kong, postmarked after April 10th, 2025, at 1:00 PM GMT, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Card Kingdom is not responsible for packages that are:
- Returned to sender
- Delayed by customs
- Lost in transit
These unfortunate changes are necessary due to new tariffs trade rules creating higher import costs in the United States. We hope that these changes will be temporary, and we look forward to being able to resume these services in the future.
