  • Ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) using Express air services with DHL, FedEx, or UPS
  • You may also check with carriers  for other approved DDP shipping methods to the U.S.

  • Declare the value of your package based on the estimated value of your sell order and do not mark it as a gift.

Can I sell cards to Card Kingdom from my country?
Before preparing your shipment, confirm that we accept sell orders from your location.
Currently, we do not accept sell orders from China or Hong Kong.

For Sell orders, write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
Include a printout of your Card Kingdom invoice inside the package. This helps customs officials verify the shipment.

 

What if I’m sending an authorized return?
Follow the instructions in our return policy.

 

Should I use tracking and insurance?
Yes. Use a shipping method that includes tracking. You’re welcome to send us the tracking number, and we’ll add a note to your order. Insurance is optional but recommended, especially for high-value shipments.

 

What customs information should I provide?

To avoid delays or extra charges:

  • Use Harmonized Code 9504.40.0000 for Magic: The Gathering cards.
  • Item description: Trading Cards
  • Reason for shipment: Merchandise
  • Do not mark the package as a gift.
  • Declare the value based on your Card Kingdom invoice. If your cards are not all near mint, adjust the declared value to reflect the expected grade.
