All packages entering the United States will be subject to import tariffs starting August 29, 2025.
Effective immediately, we ask international shippers to:
- Ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) using Express air services with DHL, FedEx, or UPS
- You may also check with carriers for other approved DDP shipping methods to the U.S.
- Avoid non-air services, which may be mishandled at ports and risk being returned or destroyed
- Declare the value of your package based on the estimated value of your sell order and do not mark it as a gift.
What is the de minimis exemption, and why does it matter?
The de minimis exemption allowed low-value shipments to enter the U.S. without paying import duties. As of August 29 at 12:01 a.m. EDT, this exemption will end. All packages—regardless of value or postmark—will be subject to tariffs based on their country of origin.
What happens if my package arrives on or after August 29?
Packages that do not clear U.S. customs before 12 am on August 29 may:
- Face delays or additional customs fees
- Be returned to sender
- Be subject to tariffs based on the country of origin
We are not sure what will happen and encourage you to reach out to your carrier for more information or with any delivery delays.
Please note, postmark dates do not impact customs fee eligibility The date the package enters U.S. customs is what matters
Can I still ship DDU?
We cannot accept responsibility for, or pay customs duties on, packages shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or through other carriers. Packages arriving with duties due at delivery will be refused and marked return to sender.
What if I already shipped my package DDU?
If your order was placed before August 22, 2025 and postmarked by or before August 24, we will process it as usual if it arrives to us. We expect delays on all DDU packages.

All shipments must be addressed to our Monroe warehouse:
