Q: Why is Card Kingdom asking for International Sell Orders to be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)?

A: Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. is ending the de minimis exemption, which allowed low-value packages to enter duty-free. This change means:

  • All international packages may face tariffs and delays
  • DDP shipping avoids  these issues

Q: Which carriers should I use to ship my sell order?

A: Please use DHL, FedEx, or UPS. These carriers are best equipped to:

  • Handle customs clearance under the new rules
  • Support DDP shipping
  • Ensure your package reaches Card Kingdom safely and on time

Q: What happens if I ship my package DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)?

A: Your package may be detained at a port, damaged, lost, or returned.

We cannot accept packages shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). If your sell order arrives DDU, it will be refused. The carrier will mark it as Return to Sender, and it will be returned to you. If your package(s) are refused and returned, Card Kingdom is not responsible for items lost, destroyed, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
