Q: Why is Card Kingdom asking for International Sell Orders to be shipped DDP?

A: Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. is ending the de minimis exemption, which allowed low-value packages to enter duty-free. This change means:

  • All international packages may face tariffs and delays
  • DDP shipping helps avoid these issues

Q: Which carriers should I use ro ship my sell order?

A: Please use DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express air services. These carriers are best equipped to:

  • Handle customs clearance under the new rules
  • Support DDP shipping
  • Ensure your package reaches Card Kingdom safely and on time

Q: What happens if I use another carrier or ship DDU?

A: Your package may be detained at a port, damaged, lost, or returned.

If a package shipped DDU arrives to us with tariff and tax fees due at delivery, it will be refused.

If a package shipped DDU arrives to us we will need to hold it to assess what tariff and tax fees were charged. This may result in a lengthy processing delay and a deduction of those fees, plus a 10% handling charge from your payout. We ask that you ship your orders DDP.

Card Kingdom cannot be responsible for:

  • Packages delayed or held at customs
  • Returned or undelivered shipments
  • Any fees or issues caused by DDU shipping or unsupported carriers
