We are unable to combine multiple orders for shipment. Currently, the only way to combine orders is to cancel them and place a new order with the combined items. If you have a Card Kingdom account, you can cancel your order from your order history page or your order confirmation page! Card Kingdom orders can only be self-canceled before they are printed, packed or shipped. You may cancel your order while the status is one of the following: “Ready,” "Pending - Ships XXXX-XX-XX," or "Pending - Verify".
Once your order status says “Queue”, you will not be able to cancel your own order. If you used guest checkout or need to cancel an order after the shipping status has changed to "Queue" or "Pending - Other", or need to make any other changes please contact Customer Support by emailing us here and we will do our best to help!
