1. Will my future prerelease order ship early? 
   1. Beginning with The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth release in 2023, and continuing with all upcoming sets eligible under Wizards of the Coast's Prerelease Early Sales program, Card Kingdom will ship eligible orders during Prerelease weekend. This  Early Sales program allows WPN stores to ship sealed product a week earlier, in line with Wizard’s Prerelease events.  
      
      Our goal is to continue offering early shipping on future releases as long as Wizards of the Coast’s Prerelease Early Sales program continues. However, we may need to make changes to allow for operational impacts. Any changes to our prerelease shipping will be communicated here, through our blog, and Card Kingdom’s website where applicable.  
      
      
2. Is any sealed product excluded from early prerelease shipment? 
   1. Non-standard releases, or releases that don’t have an associated Prerelease event, will not be eligible for early shipment.  
      
      
3. When will my prerelease order ship? 
   1. Prerelease orders containing only sealed product will ship a week before release date, in line with Wizards of the Coast Prerelease events.  
      
      Prerelease orders containing singles, including orders that contain both singles and sealed product, will ship on release date.  
      
      Ship to Store orders containing prerelease product or singles will ship on or after the release date, and will only will be eligible for pickup after release. 
      
      Please note, non-standard releases, or releases that don’t have an associated Prerelease event, will not be eligible for early shipment. These orders will ship, and become available for Ship to Store pickup, on or after release day.

4. Why are there different ship dates listed for prerelease orders?
   1. Beginning with The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth release in 2023, and continuing with all upcoming sets eligible under Wizards of the Coast's Prerelease Early Sales program, Card Kingdom will ship eligible orders during Prerelease weekend. This Early Sales program allows WPN stores to ship sealed product a week earlier, in line with Wizard’s Prerelease events. 
      
      Orders with prerelease singles will still ship on the release date – this will be the same great experience we’ve offered for years. Orders that are utilizing in-store pickup and contain prerelease sealed product only, or sealed product and non-prerelease singles, will be eligible for early pickup beginning Saturday during Prerelease weekend. 
      
      Please note, Buy-A-Box promos will still be eligible exclusively for orders placed at a Mox Boarding House location, not online through Card Kingdom.
      
       
5. If I cancel now and reorder later, will I get the same price? 
   1. If you wish to cancel your order, we can assist you with that. However, we will not be able to honor the original price from your order should you choose to reorder these items later.
      
       
6. My order has prerelease items and non-prerelease items. Do I have to wait for it to ship?
   1. We are unable to partially ship orders. If your order contains both prerelease and non-prerelease items, the full order will ship once we are able to ship the whole order.
